Product Owner Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Salary: Circa £45K We are seeking a Product Owner to organise, prioritise, and assess work for our development team. The Product Owner will play a key role in gathering feature requests / requirements, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. This position is crucial for rolling out products that align with our clients plant. Candidates with proven Product Owner / Product Manger experience with Software, Facitlities Management, Construction, Housing, Local government, NHS perefered. Day-to-day of the role: Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap. Review and prioritise the backlog to align with strategic goals. Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Set goals for sprints and plan releases and upgrades. Write acceptance tests and follow the progress of work, addressing production issues during sprints. Analyse end-user preferences and requests to guide product improvements. Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback. Keep track of industry trends to maintain competitive edge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field. Experience as an ITIL Practitioner. Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of specific systems and processes (e.g., Mears Systems, Aha). Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate delivery dates. Experience in tracking and monitoring development work.
