What is the job role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Through Care service as a Leaving Care Team Leader for 12 months in a fixed-term role.
The role is to deliver supervision and support to Personal Advisers and lead on care leaver development. The role is exciting and provides a direct opportunity to make a difference and contribute to positive outcomes for care leavers.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

A driven, experienced, and passionate individual who is keen to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and care leavers.
