Your Role:
* Lead with Excellence: Plan, organise, and manage salon operations to meet sales and profit targets while maintaining our high standards.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with your regional manager and within your team, creating a culture of respect and professionalism.
* Deliver Top-Notch Service: Ensure every guest receives exceptional care, and personally address any concerns.
* Manage and Support: Conduct regular team meetings, appraisals, and handle performance issues effectively.
* Financial Oversight: Keep financial processes running smoothly, including sales analysis, banking, and invoicing.
* Stock Management: Maintain stock levels, handle stock takes, and manage purchase orders.
* Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Team Scheduling: Organise rotas to cover all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
* Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments and share new techniques and products with your team.
* Reception Oversight: Ensure the reception area runs efficiently.
* Recruitment and Training: Lead recruitment, training, and development to motivate your team and improve sales.
Performance Targets:

Your Qualifications:
* Management Experience: 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably with management qualifications.
* Beauty Expertise: Knowledge and qualifications in beauty treatments. This role is 70% hands on treatments and 30% management to start and as the business grows less time will be spent in treatments.
* Financial Acumen: Strong numerical skills and experience with performance management.
* Guest Service: Excellent customer service skills.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize effectively.
