JOB MISSION
The Activation Specialist Partnerships & Sponsorships is responsible for developing and executing bespoke experiences and volume-driving programs that engage consumers, build brand desirability, and deliver rate of sale through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. This role focuses on maximizing the value of these relationships and identifying new opportunities to extend the portfolio distribution and develop new business partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Partnership Development
1. Identify and develop new brand and consumer relatable commercial partnerships.
2. Create innovative ways to grow consumer awareness, desirability, and maximize commercial sell-out aligning with commercial, brand and partner objectives.
3. Develop & implement strategies to optimize the performance of collaborations, enhance brand image, and improve visibility.
4. Lead the creation of tender presentations, and joint business plans, collaborating with Sales to integrate specific customer needs, and Brand to highlight unique points of differentiation.
5. Coordinate with various MHUK ambassadors to organize staff tastings & trainings throughout the year.
Brand Activations and Events
1. Manage multi-brand projects from creation through implementation to post-activation analysis.
2. Identify opportunities, and generate ideas, to drive brand desirability and boost rate of sale in collaboration with Account Manager, adapting projects according to changing business needs.
3. Devise, plan, and execute activations within budget, timelines, and brand guidelines.
4. Work closely with Account Manager & accounts' marketing teams to fully maximize partnership agreements, including but not limited to: content creation & IP rights (ie access to players/artists, event content, social media collaboration, logo & trademark use, co-branding opportunities), experiential rights (ie, on-site activations, bar branding, pop-ups, sampling, photo moments, engagement opportunities), media & advertising (ie, broadcast rights, advertising space, digital screens, naming rights, CRM data collection), and Ticketing & Access (ie, GA/VIP Tickets, Suites & Boxes, VIP Hospitality, Influencer hosting, incentives).
5. Manage brand activation projects with relevant agencies from end to end to deliver high-quality activations.
6. Amplify activations through social media and PR by managing photographers, collaborating with MHUK Communications & Culture, where relevant, and working with accounts' internal marketing teams.
7. Set clear objectives and KPIs, leading the review and ROI analysis to improve future activations.
8. Incorporate learnings from previous activation reviews, commercial priorities, brand objectives, and stakeholder feedback.
Minimum Requirements
1. 4+ years experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
2. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
3. Experience of brand activations and event management.
4. Knowledge of the Stadia, Festivals, and Events landscape.
5. Agency and supplier management expertise.
6. Understanding of Moët Hennessy UK brands and the luxury universe.
7. Creativity and the ability to develop new ideas and solutions.
8. Impeccable attention to detail.
9. Presentation skills.
10. Digital user.
