Systems Support Analyst | Hybrid from Cheltenham | £34,000 + bonus
We are on the lookout for a Systems Analyst to join a leading engineering business in Cheltenham.
As a Systems Support Analyst, you will provide support to internal and external users of the company’s diverse suite of business-focused applications, ERP / CRM systems.
Role:
1. Manage support calls and tickets from IT Service Desk
2. Provide internal and external customers support on the company’s platforms
3. Assist users with queries relating to their Dynamics 365 and COINS systems, such as user issues, user amendments, financial/sales queries, and data changes.
4. Maintain a log of the support calls and resolution
5. Document work or changes that are made
6. Escalate 2nd / 3rd line queries when appropriate
Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Support Desk or Application support role, ideally supporting a CRM / ERP system
2. Experience taking a high volume of tickets in an engineering, manufacturing, house builder, or similar industry would be ideal
3. Experience of Dynamics 365 or COINS would be great but not essential
4. Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process
5. Great troubleshooting experience
6. Great communicator
