Job Vacancy: Office Administrator Location: Antrim Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Team at our Antrim Branch. The successful applicant will support our Training Division with administrative and secretarial duties. They will be our Front of House and therefore will require a high level of customer service and professionalism; as well as impeccable administrative and IT skills. Duties of the role will include; Answering the main switch board and assisting telephone enquiries both locally and across the Rutledge network (NI) Deal with incoming email and communications Front of House; greeting visitors, clients, and students to the Branch Coordinating office activities and diary management within the branch General office administration; providing direct administrative support to the Business Manager Update internal operating systems accurately; as well as paper-based filing systems; Assist with weekly Trainee Paperwork; ensuring that accurate information is passed to the correct internal departments, within required timeframes, Assist with trainee enquiries; ensuring that a professional service is maintained, Complete AccessNI applications on-line; and maintain Access NI tracker, Report on student attendance issues to Business manager Work with the wider training and recruitment teams on promotional and networking events (trainee recruitment events, leaflet dropping etc); Control and distribute Petty Cash via maintaining accurate records and submit monthly returns to Head Office; Control stationery stock levels and order materials as and when required, within allocated time limits and budget; Essential Criteria: GCSE/Level 2 Maths and English 1 year experience in an administrative role Strong IT skills Excellent communication skills Excellent organisation skills Full Driving License and Access to Transport ABOUT US: Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations.
