A vacancy has arisen for a part-time HR Analyst/ Administrator within our Human Resources/Learning & Development Team. We are a busy, vibrant team within the Resources Directorate working across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible, friendly team where your skills, knowledge & experience will be recognised and support the Trust in delivering the best service to our Children and Young People.
As a HR Analyst/ Administrator based in the Learning & Development Team you will:
* Be part of a fast-paced combined HR/L&D Department where you will have the opportunity to work across both disciplines.
* Help us to maximise the use of our internal systems and manage reporting through the robust management of data to provide detailed reporting across the Trust.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to assess development requirements and liaise with external providers to ensure they deliver the right skills for the right people.
* Work interchangeably with the HR Analyst in situ to ensure all administration tasks are fulfilled.
* Be agile, adaptable and approach situations with openness and transparency.
What you need to be successful in this role:
* Ability to work in a confidential manner and maintain a professional approach.
* Be comfortable developing and maintaining accurate reporting processes utilising MS Excel and Word.
* Hold NVQ Level 1 in Business Administration, together with Level 2 in numeracy and literacy or equivalent.
* An active problem solver who is professionally curious and looks to streamline and simplify complex systems of work.
* Be trustworthy, conducting yourself with dignity and ensure confidentiality is adhered to.
* Conscientious, adaptable and comfortable communicating at all levels of the Trust.
