We are currently seeking enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our diverse team in Greater Sydney NSW.
As a Physiotherapist, you would conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities, functional limitations, and individual needs. The physiotherapist role focuses on helping empower members to take a proactive approach to managing their health and preventing injuries and illness. The role is committed to providing a high standard of client care and the provision of specialist advice and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities, functional limitations, and individual needs.
2. Collaborating with clients and their support networks to establish realistic goals tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.
3. Designing personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings and established goals.
4. Educating clients, family members, and caregivers about proper body mechanics, safe mobility techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
5. Regularly monitoring clients' progress, reassessing their needs, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and goal attainment.
6. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, support coordinators, disability support workers, and allied health practitioners, to provide holistic care and promote seamless coordination of services.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Degree in physiotherapy and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) unrestricted registration as a physiotherapist.
2. Minimum of five years contemporary experience.
3. Maintain currency in subject matter expertise through ongoing professional development and learning opportunities outside the formal education process.
4. Ability to quickly establish effective and authentic rapport.
5. Demonstrated high level emotional intelligence.
6. Excellent administration and record keeping skills.

Working Conditions :
1. Work may be conducted in various settings, including client homes and community institutions.
2. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including occasional evening or weekend appointments.
3. Travel may be required to visit multiple client locations within a designated geographic area.
