Duties:
1. Engage effectively with clients and third parties via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face, to provide advice and assistance
2. Manage and chase various documentation, including ID, mortgage offers, and searches
3. Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and third-party websites
4. Ensure clients and business introducers receive exceptional service at all times
5. Prepare necessary documentation throughout the conveyancing process
6. Compile completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices
7. Handle post-exchange matters as directed by the team manager
8. Oversee completions on the day of completion
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
10. Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team
Experience required:
1. A minimum of 2 years of solid work experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department
2. Paralegal support experience and relevant training and/or qualifications
