Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will play a key role in shaping our clients' success by delivering tailored training solutions and conducting asset audits.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive training on printing, copying, scanning, and managed print services to clients. Conduct audits and training both online (via Zoom/Teams) and in-person at client sites. Tailor training plans to meet the unique needs of each client, offering on-site, remote, or documented options. Collaborate with project teams to design and execute customised training and audit plans. Resolve user queries related to software and hardware, ensuring a smooth and productive experience. Support the development and delivery of communication, change management, and training strategies. Maintain accuracy in audit reports and offer actionable recommendations to clients
