Overview: Part of our Product Development Team, the Assessment Integration Analyst is responsible for the optimisation of our Cirrus on-line assessment platform. The role involves a mix of technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure assessments, for example Multi-choice Tests and Practical Assessments, are effectively implemented and work seamlessly. Working closely with Product Developers, the Assessment Integration Analyst will work across the business to develop, build and implement effective assessment arrangements for existing and new products/ qualifications and analyse data. Salary: £21,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities: You will become the Cirrus ‘Super User’ for ETA, build on-line assessments, in line with qualification specifications, which are accessible for the widest range of learners Collaborating with Operations and Quality to implement effective cross platform systems Implement effective and consistent arrangements which ensures the centre and learner experience is clear and robust Collecting and analysing data KPI’s: Develop and implement effective on-line assessments across multiple products and qualifications Maintain consistency, relevancy and validity across the business Robust library of effective assessments, document controlled and secure Networking and collaboration with colleagues, internal and external Meet deadlines on assessment developments relating to new and existing products Regular performance reports and statistical data which identifies risk and areas for improvement What we are looking for / Essential: Excellent IT skills and the ability to create on-line assessments Proficient in data entry and analysis & able to evaluate and analyse learner performance Able to analyse data and draw valid conclusions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Entry requirements Standard entry: Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc) OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)Plus: 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above Experience with using Excel (in particular pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar) Working week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours) Benefits: Gym membership discounts 25 days holiday Half-day Friday Pathways for development Hybrid & flexi working Future prospects: 90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.
