As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful, trend-led content across key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). You’ll grow and engage digital audiences, build strong influencer partnerships, and support brand campaigns that drive sales and awareness. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow social media channels with engaging, culturally relevant content (organic & paid) Develop a strong influencer strategy (organic, paid & gifting) to drive awareness and trial Support the execution of brand campaigns, including PR, sampling, partnerships, retailer activations, and events Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with target audiences and tone of voice Track marketing budgets, manage POs, and report on campaign performance and ROI Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives About You: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (B2C experience essential, FMCG preferred) Proven success in social media and influencer marketing, with a strong grasp of KPIs and performance tracking Knowledge of digital growth strategies and experience with brand planning cycles Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their impact on sales Experience managing external agencies is a plus This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting brands, create engaging campaigns, and make a real impact in a fast-paced marketing team.
