Do you have experience working in face-to-face customer service? Have you worked on a service desk within the motor trade? Are you in an Advisor role, administration or tele-sales role? Looking for a better work-life balance role? I am working with a client of mine who is a specialist in the aftermarket area of the motor trade who is looking for a Sales and Service Advisor who can come straight into the business and hit the ground running providing fantastic customer service.
Experience And Qualifications:
What is needed as a Service and Sales Advisor:
1. Previous experience in a similar position in the motor trade.
2. Experienced in face-to-face customer service and sales.
3. Confident in serving customers on the service desk, over the phone or online.
4. Able to upsell products or parts.
5. Possess strong communication skills.
6. Able to advise and take orders for new services, parts or accessories.
7. Can assist with any stock taking/levels.
