Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with a portfolio of payrolls for clients at our Firm.
2. Must be able to cope with a large portfolio of clients.
3. Capable of effective and professional communications with Clients (by phone/email/letter).
4. Ability to review and control work in progress (chargeable time).
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years + experience in payroll and bookkeeping.
2. Expert knowledge of payroll processing and auto enrolment is a pre-requisite.
3. Previous use of Moneysoft payroll is useful but not essential.
4. Previous Practice experience is highly desirable.
5. Use of Excel is also a pre-requisite.
6. Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and preparation of VAT Returns is also required.
7. Able to work with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
8. Knowledge of CIS.
