We’re looking for a Growth Director to join our fast-growing digital agency and play a key role in our next phase of expansion. As we scale up with a more targeted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), we need a strategic and ambitious sales leader to drive high-value opportunities and long-term partnerships in Marketing Strategy, SEO, PPC & Web Development. This is a pathway to leadership role, with the vision to build and grow a sales team underneath you. You’ll be supported on the path to taking sole responsibility for the sales function, owning the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals - while working closely with our delivery team to craft tailored solutions and proposals for leading brands. Once the pipeline has scaled sufficiently, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and lead a high-performing sales team. Your ability to identify the right-fit clients, showcase expertise across our services, and confidently present our offering will be critical to success. You’ll also be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy, attending top industry events and conferences, and proactively identifying opportunities that align with our refined ICP. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, and work closely with our Head of Brand to develop and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are fully aligned for maximum impact. Success in this role requires: Experience selling marketing solutions to businesses that have a revenue profile of £5M - £50M Strong outbound, ‘hunter’ mentality, and sales progression experience A strong ability to sell, build and nurture relationships, and close high-value deals. A commercial mindset, understanding client challenges and positioning solutions effectively. The ability to discuss marketing at a sophisticated level, demonstrating expertise across digital channels. Proficiency in using a CRM to track, plan, and move deals forward with a structured approach. Leadership potential, with the ambition to build and scale a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth aligned with ICP (Home & Garden, Lifestyle, D2C, SaaS, and Service brands with £5M–£50M in revenue) and company goals. Collaborate with the Head of Brand, The Heads of Departments & Managing Director to integrate sales, marketing, and service. Stay current on market trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly. Implement and manage a data-driven sales approach. Meet and exceed personal sales targets. Develop and maintain a structured sales process. Forecast sales performance accurately using CRM data. Use a consultative sales approach to understand and meet client needs. Proactively source and engage high-value prospects through various channels. Build and maintain a strong professional network. Continuously improve outreach and prospecting techniques. Use CRM tools to track and advance deals. Clearly communicate the agency's value proposition and build client trust. Represent the agency at industry events and online.
