Client Billing and Commissions Associate Role Type: Permanent position Salary: £30-33K Location: Liverpool (hybrid working) My financial services sector client is seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Billing & Commissions Associate to join their Billing team. The company provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. They provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Participate in the preparation of billing of clients. Understand all processes and procedures and be able to undertake all tasks wherever necessary. Oversee invoice calculation and generation to ensure correct and timely preparation. Work with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients. Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing and management fees. Work with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries. Provide all supporting documentation to clients in line with their requirements. Demonstrate an effective control environment around the entire billing related processes. Continual review of the processes and controls to ensure they remain fit for purpose. Work on ad hoc projects and process reviews as required. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required ACCA Part Qualified Experience of Billing in Financial Services Experience in Finance Operations processes preferred Excellent organisation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders Advanced Excel knowledge (including data manipulation and data analysis)
