They possess an excellent reputation for their dedication to innovation and the development of high-quality products and service Description The external reporting of a portfolio of legal entities in the EMEA/CALA /APAC regions, ensuring all financial, tax and regulatory deadlines are achieved. The preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information presented. Ensuring externally disclosed financial information complies with legal, regulatory, accounting and business requirements, presents the results clearly and accurately, and is relevant and beneficial to our clients interests. Managing and liaising with external auditors to ensure that cost effective and efficient statutory audits are achieved. Building relationships with, and the management of external accountancy outsourcers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of locally held ledgers. Building relationships with and collaborating with directors, auditors and colleagues in other functions both in the UK and overseas. Providing guidance to other internal organisations (e.g., Tax & Legal) on the development and interpretations of financial results and to lead process improvement efforts. Profile Recently qualified accountant - (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) A good working knowledge of international financial reporting A "hands on" approach together with the drive and enthusiasm to meet the challenges of the role. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Forward thinking and organised approach to their own work, project management Ability to demonstrate self-motivation. Ability to work as part of a large team, forging good relationships, and to communicate effectively. Job Offer A competitive salary of £50,000.
