Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and expand opportunities in target and emerging sectors.
* Develop and present tailored proposals to potential partners.
* Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of corporate leads.
* Negotiate beneficial agreements and maintain strong partner relationships.
* Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
* Track, report, and optimize business development activities.
* Manage CRM records and budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Key Requirements:
* Meet/exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
* Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with accurate CRM reporting.
* Deliver successful events and generate leads to drive growth.
* Proven B2B sales experience, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and financial acumen.
* Valid UK driving license; occasional travel and overnight stays required.
