On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced customer services manager to oversee post-construction customer care across multiple projects. The role involves managing a team to ensure defects are rectified promptly and efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The role: Lead and manage customer care coordinators and ensure smooth operations across multiple projects. Oversee defect rectification processes, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with SLAs. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Produce regular reports, analyse trends, and identify improvement opportunities. Attend inspections and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained. About you: Proven experience in post-construction customer care or defect management. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and ability to build trust with teams and clients.
