My client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Romford, East London.
Currently, the firm is advancing its services while maintaining its core values of providing a personal service to each client. They are investing significantly in systems and practices to prepare for future growth.
Key Accountabilities
1. Compiling and dispatching draft contract documents
2. Drafting AP1s and TR1s
3. Requesting property searches
4. Handling Land Registry and SDLT procedures
5. Following up on outstanding enquiries
6. Sending requisition statements
7. Collaborating closely with Fee Earners to expand departmental work
8. Managing both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
Personal Attributes
1. Minimum of 6 months solid experience in Residential Conveyancing
2. Confident and professional in written and verbal communication
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
4. Knowledge of case management systems and online platforms for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
5. Regular communication with clients for instructions
