We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Fostering Registered Manager to join our dedicated and passionate Independent Fostering Agency. The team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to foster carers and the children and young people in their care. As our Fostering Registered Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational management of our fostering services. This pivotal role involves overseeing foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support for both carers and the children and young people they care for.
In addition, you will ensure that all services are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, specifically The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence within our agency.
As the Fostering Registered Manager, you will need to hold a relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England, with proven experience in a similar role within fostering services, and with a strong understanding of the regulatory standards and best practice.

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with current registration (SWE) and a recognized professional qualification.
* Extensive experience in a social work role, including substantial experience in working within Fostering services.
* Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to looked after children and child protection.
