The Role
The Electrical Working Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and supervising electrical projects and maintenance works. You will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve project goals.
Specifically, you will:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians to ensure deadlines are met and quality is achieved.
2. Provide guidance and direction to team members for successful project execution.
3. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
4. Inspect electrical components to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
5. Test electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning.
6. Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
7. Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations.
8. Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
9. Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their expertise and workload.
10. Arrange labour and materials to complete the project on time and within budget.
About You
To join us as an Electrical Supervisor, you will need:
1. Level 3 C&G Qualified
2. 2391 Test & Inspection qualified
3. Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
6. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
7. UK Driving licence is essential
