Main duties of the job
The EPRR Lead will be part of the CHCP Quality Improvement and Safeguarding team that provides specialist advice and support to CHCP Directors, senior managers, corporate leads and other CHCP staff who have a potential role in incident response or business continuity management arrangements. The EPRR Lead will also liaise with colleagues in partner organisations to support joint working for emergency preparedness across Humber and North Yorkshire.
You will have experience of working operationally within healthcare services and you will have some knowledge and experience of Risk Management systems and processes for managing and reporting incidents and investigation. You will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to present reports and data to senior management both verbally and in writing. You will need to be able to analyse and clearly present complex data. In turn, we will offer training, flexibility and support to work in a challenging environment as a valued member of the team.
