Telford and Wrekin Community Mental Health service provide assessment and evidence based interventions for people who presenting with complex mental health difficulties that are significantly impacting on their daily life alongside our partner organisations. We are looking for a Senior Nurse Practitioner to the join our team to work alongside our primary care practitioners and wider partners to support the delivery of our service.
