Description
1. Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
2. Ensure accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
3. Manage all payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
5. Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
6. Prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
7. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
8. Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and policies.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
1. A solid understanding of payroll operations and laws.
2. Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Job Offer
A competitive daily salary in the range of £172 to £215 per day GBP.
Office Based 5 Days PW.
