Nustaff Recruitment has been instructed by a local client based in Caldicot who are seeking as part time assistant to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Input and process sales orders, including uploading orders from websites to in-house stock and accounting system.
Ensure efficient communication and excellent customer service.
Handle post-sales queries and provide product support.
Perform general office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in IT, specifically in Excel and Oracle-based systems.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a flexible environment.
A good team worker essential as well as good sense of humour
Hours and Salary
4 hours per day, 5 days per week
£12.75 per hour
