Job Description:
* We are looking for a graduate to join the team to be trained in all areas of the business.
* The role of Assistant Project Manager involves overseeing all areas of development, from inception to delivery, of various construction and retail-related projects across the United Kingdom.
* A particular focus will be on our ANPR survey programme, which includes visiting sites nationwide to survey for ANPR camera installation. This involves identifying appropriate power sources, mapping cable routes, and determining optimal camera locations. Full training is provided.
* The role requires managing every aspect of the project from start to finish, including planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance, while adhering to pre-determined goals and objectives with the client's requirements in mind.
* Effective communication across all levels of management is essential to develop and establish a project brief that clearly defines all objectives.
* This role also involves setting measurable objectives and timelines for all project elements, and managing other consultant disciplines and contractors to ensure delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards.
* Maintaining records and ensuring all work is checked and appropriately approved for distribution is expected.
* The job requires managing retail construction and redevelopment projects in a live environment.
* Management of design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors is necessary to ensure timely completion within budget and client timelines.
