Role: Salesforce Administrator Location: London Workplace type: Full time. Hybrid: 2 days in office each week plus 1 extra per month. Working within our central Data Operations team as a Salesforce Administrator, you will focus on the support and development of the company’s CRM, to improve organizational effectiveness. This role will connect with all areas of the business and would suit someone that possesses technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Own BAU queries for end-users (via an internal Case Management process) Ownership of daily Salesforce administration tasks and maintenance, including configuring objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, etc. New user onboarding, user adoption monitoring and ongoing training is a big part of the role Create documentation and training materials, keep them up to date Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, password resets, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups Monitor Salesforce maintenance and alerts to ensure optimal functionality Help support Salesforce integrations Monitor Salesforce maintenance and alerts to ensure optimal functionality Manage daily workload with larger projects Work with team leads to identify and recommend ways to grow their teams’ effectiveness on a day-to-day basis, help streamline and automate as many business processes as possible Key Attributes, Skills, and Experience ADM 101 certification is a must 1-2 years of Salesforce Administration experience Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud experience essential Good knowledge of Data Loader and managing large data sets Excellent understanding of the Salesforce data structure (standard and custom objects, field types, relationships, reporting and dashboards) Understanding of the principles of automation and Flows (can understand what an existing Flow does and be able to add minor changes as required) Experience in using the Microsoft office suite. Intermediate level in Excel with an emphasis on data manipulation such as vlookups and pivot tables Who you are Strong stakeholder management skills & experience in gathering business requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable experience administering Salesforce including configuration and customisation Show initiative and ambition to make a clear impact on the business Key team player, this role involves liaising with internal teams regularly This role offers £35,000-£40,000 as a base salary depending on experience.
