The Function of a Care Assistant
As a female care assistant with a valid driver’s licence in the UK, you will be essential in offering individuals who depend on us individualised help and company.
Principal Duties:
* Handle personal care (such as dressing and bathing) with tact and dignity.
* Assist clients with house calls and community service.
* Provide company and emotional support.
* Keep the space tidy and welcoming.
* Be kind, straightforward, and empathetic in your communication.
* Encourage client autonomy and preference.
* Develop enduring, dependable connections with clients and their families.
Things You’ll Need:
* A kind and sympathetic disposition.
* A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
* Possession of a vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
* The ability to work weekends and other shifts.
* Willingness to register with the SSSC and finish the required training.

Education: (Preferred) GCSE or its equivalent.
Experience: One year of home care (recommended); one year of care (ideally).
