Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at Co-op.
You will provide friendly and thoughtful service to our customers, working together with your colleagues to make everyone's day better.
You will be responsible for ensuring the store is safe and legal, including maintaining stock levels and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
You will also support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.
This role would suit someone who has a genuine care for the needs of customers and members, great people skills, and a positive approach to change and problem solving.
The successful candidate will receive full, paid training and dedicated support for their personal development and career progression.
* Friendly and thoughtful service – you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
