Our estate agency client based in Tetbury has an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team on a permanent basis.
This role is a front-of-house administration position, involving face-to-face and telephone interactions with the public daily. They are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop within the role.
Responsibilities:
1. Setting up new property files
2. Producing property brochures
3. Invoicing exchanges
4. Producing sale agreed paperwork
5. Handling price changes
6. Maintaining and creating window displays
7. Answering incoming calls
8. Responding to online and walk-in enquiries
9. General office administration
10. Assisting the sales progression team with administrative duties

Hours:
8.45am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary:
£26,000 + 24 days holiday + pension contribution + additional holidays for long service + company profit share scheme
