We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Compliance Officer to join the Warehouse and Supply Chain (WSC) team. The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Chain Department in managing all aspects of its compliance in line with current Quality Management System.
Our WSC team is critical to our manufacturing success. They ensure we have the consumables and reagents needed to make our products, which will go on to change the lives of millions of patients. This multi-functional team works together to support all our logistics needs.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
1. Leading investigations and root cause analysis into departmental Deviations (DEVs) as well as identifying Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and implementing them.
2. Initiating WDSC Change Controls (CC) and Risk Assessments (RAs).
3. Supporting Supply Chain teams with the ongoing introduction of new products and process implementation to deliver key business priorities.
4. Collaborating with Supply Chain teams and support functions for troubleshooting and process improvements.
5. Monitoring and trending key parameters of Supply Chain processes across all facilities.
6. Organising and facilitating training related to SOPs and procedures.
We are looking for:
* Strong knowledge of GMP.
* Proficiency in using data to support Root Cause Analysis investigations.
* Ability to lead investigations and implement changes effectively.
* Experience presenting departmental metrics on QMS data.
* Competency in Microsoft Office.
* Effective communication and motivation skills at all levels.
