Position: The role mission of Stock Keeper is receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner, contributing to the profitability of the boutique’s operations. Main duties: Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise based on weekly shipments, intra boutique transfers, EOS returns, consignments, client returns and other merchandise movements as per your Stock Manager and Store Manager directives; Oversee stock management and organization in accordance with AQUAZZURA procedures and directives; Guarantee receipt, quantities, deliveries of articles and supplies; Ensure replenishment of products from other locations based on latest sales trend and OH analysis on a weekly basis; Prepare new items to be displayed on shop floor in collaboration with the sales team and in accordance with the VM set up guidelines received; Assist in control and organizations of transfers and other operations; Manage daily / weekly placement of articles for sale; Support on monthly cycle counts and official inventories as per directives send from HQ Support planning and handling of inventory activities. Communicate and resolve any issues with the Retail System in a timely manner. Requirements: The ideal candidate must have experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts; Excellent organizational skills; Accuracy, punctuality and flexibility will be considered essential features.
