Job Overview
Our Peripatetic Service is seeking to appoint 1x Support Assistant working 21.00 hours per week in Sherwood Court. This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.
The successful person will be prepared to work a 4-week rolling rota which includes AM Shifts 07:00-14:00 and PM Shifts 16:00-23:00. The positions do include weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
1. To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service.
2. To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way.
3. To deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.

Qualifications
If you don’t have the essential qualifications for the position, don’t worry! The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction programme, full training to deliver high standards of care, and we will fund the qualification for you on successful completion of the probation period.
