Female Personal Assistant
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am lady in my early 30’s living in the Pontyclun area with my mother, father and younger sister. I have Autism, Hyperactive Disorder and severe anxiety. I have good communication skills and can express myself clearly. I love singing along to Disney movies. I also enjoy going to the cinema and going out for meals.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
I am looking to employ a Personal Assistant to cover my current PA's sickness and annual leave so that I can have social interaction with people other than my family. It would provide me with structure, motivation and routine. I want to be busy and have things to look forward to. I am going to Butlins in Minehead 7th July for the weekend and I would like my PA to come along as well, which would include additional hours. I have a bucket list of activities and places I would like to visit such as:
Porthcawl
Cardiff
Barry Island
Pontypool Indoor Market
St Fagans
Bowling
Cinema
Theatre
Arcades
Big Pit
National Water Front
Farms, Zoo’s, Animal/Wildlife Parks
Adventure Parks
HOURS OF WORK
- Casual position, as and when required.

Meets NMW
TASKS CAN INCLUDE
Ensuring all my needs are met
Keeping me safe at all times, I don’t have any road sense and unaware of dangers
Taking me to places I enjoy such as the cinema and out for meals. I would need to sit somewhere quiet.

ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid monthly and appropriate holiday pay given.
The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority).
