The Role:
As a Trainee Site Manager, you will work with an experienced Site Manager and help run the housing development. You will be trained in the role of Site Manager and assist with day-to-day duties, which include:
1. Being responsible for subcontract trades and labour and managing the whole project within a set build program.
2. Ensuring the build program is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Carrying out toolbox talks and maintaining records according to the program.
4. Managing health and safety on site, including identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and conducting weekly audits.

6. Maintaining and recording site records accordingly.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked in a housebuilding trade such as carpenter, bricklayer, or similar, or alternatively have recently obtained a HNC or HND in Building Studies or a construction-related degree.
This is an ideal role for a tradesperson looking to make the step into a Site Manager role or a construction graduate.
