Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Recruitment Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and organising interviews.
* Support HR administrative tasks such as personnel files management and HR-related documentation.
* Participate in HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities.
* Aid in maintaining HR metrics dashboard and reports.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Liaise with other departments and external partners as required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and UK employment law.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A genuine interest in developing a career within HR.
* Ability to commute to Manchester.
