We are working with this prestigious Salisbury Estate Agent who is looking for a new Property Sales Manager to expand their team and lead property sales operations, manage vendor and buyer relationships and coordinate marketing strategies. The role focuses on ensuring successful property sales from listing through to purchase, overseeing valuations, property marketing and growing buyer and vendor leads.
As the new Property Sales Manager, you’ll be working at the businesses modern premises, Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with flexibility for home working after a successful onboarding. Your salary will be CIRCA £30000 with team bonus earning potential.
As the Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include:
1. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and home-search agents.
2. Follow up on vendor leads generated from Rightmove and other valuation tools.
3. Conduct property valuations and manage records in the internal database.
4. Prepare and send valuation letters and Rightmove comparison reports.
5. Coordinate listing details, including property descriptions, photography, and videography.
6. Oversee sale progression, working with solicitors and third-party services.
7. Manage marketing schedules with vendors and tenants, including property viewings.
