We are the European leader in the hire of furniture, tableware & catering equipment for all events, banquets, celebrations and receptions, with 22 offices around Europe and 770 employees. The Options Greathire UK office is located in Feltham.
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and sales skills to liaise with our prestigious clients and collaborate with our high energy departments. Our clients include the UKs top event planner, most prestigious brands (Google, Tik Tok, Aston Martin), Londons most well-known & celebrated 5 star hotels, Wimbledon tennis championship, Formula 1, Royal Ascot.
Role overview
Our client account executives play a key role in the business and work closely with our clients, the logistics department and our warehouse team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, they work in a demanding, challenging, fast-paced and competitive environment ensuring all sales enquiries are responded to promptly and knowledgably.
Main responsibilities include raising quotes and following up with clients, account management and dealing with new business as well as being the first point of contact for clients regarding orders, requests and other queries.
Job description
* Maintaining good client relationships
* Communicating with clients via various communications channel
* Taking new orders
* Creating client quotes
* Amending client quotes and orders
* Updating clients on changes that have taken place
* Communicating with various departments across the business
* Updating transport of any new last minute orders or amendments to timings
* Liaising with the warehouse regarding any last minute orders or product changes
* Communicating with finance regarding client payments as well client account terms
* Liaising with finance regarding any loss and breakage communicating with clients regarding this
* Using a bespoke CRM/ quotation system, ensuring data accuracy
* Conducting feedback calls post event with clients
* Conducting check in calls with regular clients
* Maintaining good levels of KPIs
* Chasing outstanding unconverted quotes
* Upselling where possible
* Any other duties asked to ensure the warehouse, sales and operations of Options Greathire is successful

This is a in person role based in Feltham at 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
We are offering a salary between £30,000 to £33,000 plus a very generous commission structure
