What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to their clients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining their reputation for excellence. Duties will include:
* Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly.
* Lead and assist staff members during installation, planning, and procurement.
* Mentor junior team members with 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant technical role.
* Proficiency in Server Hardware, Microsoft Hyper-V & Windows Server environment.
* Strong understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting, including Firewalls, VPN, Switches, Routers, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Email, Security, MFA, and applications like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
