We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic RTT Team Leader to join our Team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of RTT validators who are undertaking appropriate validation to ensure that the Referral to Treatment Time is accurately recorded.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for managing a team of RTT Validators who validate inpatient and outpatient pathways in adherence to Referral to Treatment (RTT) waiting times and in accordance to Department of Health RTT guidelines.
You will ensure appropriate and accurate recording of RTT pathways in accordance to 18 week RTT Clock Rules and Local patient access policy.
To assess, analyse, interpret and adjust information recorded on the Trust's patient information system for the purpose of ensuring accuracy of data throughout a patient's journey.
