What you’ll do Being a Brand Excellence Coach is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: ensuring Costa brand standards are implemented & maintained across all served and self-served platforms and identify potential performance and implementation gaps across those platforms to enable the relevant training/coaching solutions to be implemented effectively. You’ll also: Evaluate, ensure and enhance the delivery of Brand standards across all ownership models and self-served platforms Provide hands-on operational guidance; insight and coaching at store level in aspects of brand excellence & customer satisfaction. Give guidance to equity/partners on operational excellence and delivery of the world highest levels of customer satisfaction within the store operations. Deliver site level training for all Express swaps & installations to ensure brand standards are implemented & any health & safety related activity is fully understood at site Support and guidance for the lowest performing stores/machines through a hands-on approach and a display of the perfect operation Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: An expert brimming with knowledge and a history of experience in a similar role A visionary who can see three steps ahead to put bold plans in place A communicator with the passion to share ideas – and make them happen
