Use bespoke software and Microsoft Office tools for operational tasks Handle stakeholder communications professionally, even under pressure Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, ensuring operational coverage around the clock including On-call Rota The Ideal Candidate Experienced in admin or support roles, with strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various software tools Ability to navigate using mapping and grid systems Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to tasks and the business. Places a high priority on health and safety and maintaining a safe environment Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment with diverse and changing responsibilities. Previous knowledge and experience of military based protocols including mapping and communications is advantageous.
