This role will consist of supporting children and young people from ages 8-18 who currently reside in the care sector. You will be involved in the daily living of the individuals, providing person-centred care and promoting independence when necessary. A large part of the role is providing individuals with access to the community to participate in leisure activities and appointments. In this role, you have a real chance to have a positive impact on people’s lives and improving your standard of living. Shift patterns will consist of long days and sleep in shifts, with the sleep in allowance being up to £4k additional to salary.
What you will need to succeed:
You must hold at least 6 months experience of working in the social care sector, supporting vulnerable individuals, and you must also hold a full UK drivers licence to be considered. Full training will be provided for this role, however you must be ...
