What the Job Involves Providing assessment, care management, and social work services under the Council’s duties and policies, and working as part of Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey NHS Mental Health Trust’s multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Teams. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, establish service eligibility, and act as a care coordinator under the Care Programme Approach. Managing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, liaising with other workers and agencies to meet service users' assessed needs. Ensuring compliance with the Council’s Financial Regulations, local recording policies, and professional codes of conduct. Participating in duty rota systems, safeguarding enquiries, and undertaking required training, including training to be an AMHP and Best Interest Assessor. Keeping abreast of current legislation, government policies, and guidance on mental health and vulnerable persons. Liaising with mental health staff and other professionals within relevant organizations, and promoting equality of opportunity, health, and safety in compliance with Council policies. ```
