Principal People are excited to be partnered with a well-established Health and Safety Consultancy, who are looking for a Health and Safety / CDM Site Manager to join them on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract working solely on one of their projects with a prestigious client of theirs.
This role will be based near to Worksop and the successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of operational duties including complete site inspections and walks, site inductions, permits to work, provide up to date audits and reports of the site, ensure work is undertaken in compliance with CDM, working closely with stakeholders on site and to be the point of contact for any Health and Safety concerns contractors may have on site.
They are looking for a strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay up to £50k + mileage to paid to site + package details.
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:
NEBOSH General qualified (or Equivalent)
Have experience working on construction projects (ideally within a manufacturing environment)
Experience of installations works, mechanical / machinery
Experience working with CDM responsibilities
Be available for an immediate start
