The Directorate of Compliance & Risk is seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive administrator to provide a wide range of administrative support to offices within the directorate, particularly within the Regulatory Compliance Office.
The post holder duties will include:
* Full range of secretarial support for directorate meetings including agenda-setting, collation and distribution of papers and minutes of meetings, as appropriate.
* Administrative support for senior staff (and others as appropriate), including diary management, filing and dealing with routine correspondence and queries.
* Organisation, collation and distribution of Compliance & Risk material as required.
* Maintenance of data archives and filing systems in electronic and paper-based formats.
* Routine office administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, booking of rooms, equipment and other facilities, making travel bookings, ordering of stationery and office equipment.
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and under their own initiative, and strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deal confidently with staff at all levels. The successful applicant will have strong IT skills and the ability to quickly understand and apply established procedures.
