Job summary We are excited to be advertising for a Band 7 Operational and Clinical Team Manager for Children and Wellbeing Practitioner Team, across the county. This role is a 1 year fixed term post to support the development of the Childrens Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs) team who work within the mild-moderate remit of childrens mental health. The role will sit within the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) early intervention pathway and will entail the line management and supervision of the CWPs and supervisors, alongside screening and supporting referrals into the CWP team. The post holder will be developing the CWP team, whilst supporting the other CFHD pathways in the understanding of the CWP role and remit. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the CWP team and have a pivotal role in the continual development and growth of the early intervention remint within the service. Main duties of the job As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of mental health support services to our clients. Your main duties will include supervising and supporting the clinical staff, managing team schedules and caseloads, and maintaining effective communication within the teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the CWP offer, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
