JOB TITLE: Marketing Administration Co-Ordinator

About the role:
You will be working within our Uxbridge Head Office and reporting into our Brand Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Perform general administrative duties, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communication for the marketing team.
* Assist in organizing internal and external marketing events, such as photoshoots, meetings, and team activities.
* Help with invoice processing and budget tracking, ensuring all administrative aspects of the marketing campaigns are well-documented and aligned with company procedures.
* Support on administrative tasks in relation to photoshoots, including organising travel, accommodation, samples and catering
* Be responsible for all marketing equipment in the office ensuring that storage is maintained and kept tidy which will include all post to and from the Uxbridge office.
* Coordinate influencer outreach efforts, including managing lists of potential partners, facilitating sample send-outs, and tracking collaboration results.
* Maintain positive and timely communication with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
* Assist in evaluating the performance of influencer partnerships and preparing reports for the marketing team.
* Support the marketing team in gathering and analysing campaign data, including social media metrics, influencer reach and brand awareness metrics.
* Use tools like Google Analytics, and social media insights to compile performance reports.
* Support the marketing team in organizing and executing social media, photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate campaign schedules, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
* Work closely with the team to support and coordinate content, including product photography, graphics, and video assets.
About you:
* A passion for fashion, lingerie, and marketing with a keen interest in social media and content creation.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in an administrative role or marketing internship is desirable but not essential.
