Escrow Administrator - Based in Hampshire, £25,000, Monday - Friday Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? A prestigious law firm are seeking a dedicated individual to join the team as an Escrow Administrator, assisting in the processing of all incoming and outgoing payments through their Escrow client account. Key Responsibilities: Oversee account processing and manage incoming payments, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and procedures Handle daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy Reconcile payment records and verify that all payments are accurately posted. Adhere to established manual processes for managing client escrow transactions Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in billing or inventory management for clients Perform client onboarding, including conducting Know Your Client (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks Maintain regular communication with key clients to address inquiries and provide ongoing support Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong data entry skills. Practical experience with spreadsheets and financial software tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
